I got mine in just over a month ago. Custom left handed layout is awesome. The trackball sensitivity feels perfect. Easily one of the better quality sticks I've owned, I plan on getting the spinner version soon.
A Great product. The company was responsive to emails, resolved my missing cable issue quickly. The device arrived well packaged (box within a box), easy to track across the world. The device is beautiful, a joy to use, some issues with the Retroarch and other software on PC to recognize the trackball and configure buttons but not the company’s fault. Hoping that the software will include this device as a default device! Highly recommend for retro games as just the joystick and buttons brings back that nostalgia feel of my youth spent in the arcade. The click of the buttons, snap of the joystick is dead on reminder of my days spent in the gaming halls. Pricey? Well that depends on each of us but free shipping and check out various YouTube reviewers with discount codes can make it a good deal!

Fantastic for MAME on PC and retro titles on Steam such as Atari50, Golden Tee Classics and plenty of fighting games. The sticks and buttons are really decent quality ( Sanwa and Baolian ) and I found the side buttons really useful for Pinball games such as PinballFX. The trackball is good too and a decent size - 3 in. I am so glad I picked it up.
