1. I want to customize my controller panel with an artwork picture, how should I place an order?

All of our products support panel customization. You have two options:

  • For a professionally printed panel (Artwork Panel):
    • Find the product you want to purchase and choose the "Artwork" option in the Panel selection.
    • The UPLOAD button will appear. Click the button to upload your artwork image file.
    • Click Add To Cart and proceed to Check Out. (We will print your artwork directly onto the panel.)
  • For a panel where you install your own art (DIY Panel):
    • Find the product you want to purchase and choose the "DIY" (Double-layer Transparent Panel) option in the Panel selection.
    • The double-layer design allows you to easily insert your own printed artwork or decorative paper between the layers.

2. I have purchased a FightBox controller before, and now I want to buy a custom artwork panel from you separately, how do I place an order?

It costs $40 including the shipping cost, you could add a Customization Service Payment Item ($10 value) to your cart along with uploading your artwork picture, change the amount of the items to 4, then submitting the order together. Don't forget to tell us your controller model with your order.

3. I would like to customize my controller button colors, is that possible?

Yes, we support customization of your button style and colors!

For controllers featuring Sanwa buttons, we support all available Sanwa button colors and styles.

How to Customize:

  • You simply need to locate and purchase the dedicated Button Customization  alongside your controller purchase.
  • Use that link to specify your desired button style and color choices.
  • Please ensure you add the Button Customization Item to your cart along with the controller you wish to have customized.


4. I would like to buy a panel where I can place my own artwork paper, do you have such a panel?

All our products feature this type of panel, which we refer to as a DIY panel. Find the product you want to purchase,  choose the DIY option in the panel,

If you wish to purchase this panel separately, the price is $40 (shipping included). you could add a Customization Service Payment Item ($10 value) to your cart along with uploading any blank picture, go to our cart to change the amount of the items to 4, leave message "DIY Panel" and what model controller you want this panel for on the Add a note to your order section, then submitting the order.

5. Can you provide the right hand version of the controller? That is, the directional controls are on the right hand side and the function action buttons are on the left hand side.

Yes, right-handed versions of all our existing products are available at no extra cost. All you need to do is leave a note for the right hand version when you place your order.

6. I am from Russia, can I buy your products?

We have started an OZON store for Russian customers, you can buy products there directly, 100% of them are shipped from our original production and sales.

7. Do US buyers need to pay additional customs duties?
Some of our products are shipped directly from local warehouses in the US, while others are shipped from our factory in China to the US. However, we use tax-free shipping methods, so US buyers do not need to pay the additional customs duties. The delivery time is approximately 14 days from the date of order.
