We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If item is damaged, defective or received wrong item, please provide a picture of the item.
To start a return, please contact us first at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Please provide a picture of the damaged item.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please return the item back to us without opening the package. We will refund you once receive the returned item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Defective or wrong item
If received a defective or wrong item, please contact us and provide a picture of the item received. We will send you a return shipping lable to return. We will give you full refund or a new replacemenent item depending on your request.
In the case that you changed your mind and the product is not defective, we are not responsible for the shipping cost and any import taxes of the returned item. Also, if the product is not defective, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
