General

For the United States, We offer a 7-day return policy for orders shipped within the United States. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below. Custom-built products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defects or damage.

Product Condition: New and slightly used products, this includes products that are opened or have been slightly used.

Return Window:  Within 7 days of receiving the product.

Method & Fees: Returns are accepted by mail.

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
For non-defective items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges: We don't accept exchanges, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 For international, we accept returns for defective products only. Custom-built products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defects or damage.

Regarding the return policy, the following situations are also noted:

Damaged on arrival
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. Please provide a picture of the damaged item. 

Cancellation
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please return the item back to us without opening the package. We will refund you once receive the returned item.

In the case that you changed your mind and the product is not defective, but you opened the product and used it, then we are not responsible for the shipping cost and any import taxes of the returned item.

Defective or wrong item
If received a defective or wrong item, please contact us and provide a picture of the item received. We will send you a return shipping label to return. We will give you full refund or a new replacement item depending on your request.
