· MB1 + LT1 + LF2 (Start + Mod X + Down) - Ultimate mode
· MB1 + LT1 + LF1 (Start + Mod X + Right) - FGC mode (Hitbox style fighting game layout)
· MB1 + LT1 + RF1 (Start + Mod X + B) - Rivals of Aether mode

Bought on August 21 and received on August 30.
Controller works very well as intended. Customization was a bit tricky as I had to contact customer support for the template.
I also had to look up the different modes the controller had for various platforms and games. I think controllers like these would benefit a lot from a manual showing off all the modes that are possible on the controller, as well as the controls for each mode. I think at the very least, there should be something on the product page itself telling you to go to the controller's firmware GitHub for more information:

Besides that, the controller functions great and seems well made. If the controller lasts long, I would recommend this controller to anyone looking for a rectangle controller for platform fighters.
They took my note of wishing for only white buttons into account and even allowed me to change the order to USB c after purchase.

The controller itself feels very nice and the software (pico-rectangle I believe) works, though I haven't been able to get the runtime button remapping to work. I don't really need it though and all other modes seem to work.
I can't speak for the longevity of the controller yet but I have high hopes given the Sanwa buttons.
