The FightBox M8-CrossUP has a Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT Joystick or Samducksa/Crown CWL-309MJ-ST30-NEW-Helpme Joystick and 8 Sanwa OBSF-30 buttons, same as traditional joystick, but it has 4 additional Sanwa OBSF-30 buttons as extra directional keys. The default joystick will be done as the controller's LS (Left Stick) and the additional buttons will be done as DP (D-pad), following the SOCD rules between them. You can also set the additional buttons as other function buttons, via Web Configurator.

Korean Joystick is using Samducksa/Crown CWL-309MJ-ST30-NEW-Helpme Joystick

Japanese Joystick is using Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT Joystick

The Samducksa/Crown 309MJ New Helpme is an evolution from the original Helpme joystick, which itself was created following feedback from notable Tekken player Helpme. Features include; a default ST30 tensioned silicone, a DX style bobbin, Japanese arcade friendly mounting plate, low profile collar and is fitted with the 16.2 mm actuator and includes the smaller 16.0mm actuator should the user with to experiment with engage distance.

perfect product, want more instruction

to be clear, the fightbox itself is perfect. feels great, performs great, it arrived quickly after ordering, it looks really nice, no marks or defects, etc. if one of their products interest you then you absolutely should purchase it, it is stellar quality for a great price.

the reason i took one star off is i only wish there was instructions that came with the stick regarding how to change the actuator as it comes with 2 sizes, and where/how to get the web tool to reprogram buttons. even a first start up or troubleshoot guide, or even a link in the order email to a link that has this information. these are maybe easy to find or do for enthusiasts, but as someone relatively new to owning sticks i feel a little lost surrounding this information as ive only ever used other people’s prior to this.

all that being said, im likely to buy more in the future and recommend this vendor to my friends as the product itself is perfect!
