Overall good, probably would up grade to the sanwa buttons and the led track ball light is too bright too me and doesn’t just pop out for cleaning. Also can't turn the light off in software as farasi can tell. I think making it dimmable or better yet a frosted option would be cool. Haven't opened it up so can't speak on that. I might just end up replacing the buttons and try out a frost trackball at some piont but for now its good and i just put a jar lid over track ball if the light is in my face ans im not useing it. The stick, spinner and track ball all feel great and the case is solid and has a good weight.
The fight box r10 is of solid construction.
all buttons, spinner, trackball and joystick are of high quality.
The only complaint is the led for the track ball (on the right angle can be bright) but nothing a cut in half tennis ball cant fix.
Loving this setup. So well made and has everything you need for pretty much any retro game and more. The trackball and spinner pretty much worked straight out of the box and are so nice to use. I had to tweak MAME when using it via Moonlight though (set keyboardprovider and mouseprovider to DINPUT)
Full metal base means it really does feel like an arcade machine. You really only need a good display and this and you have the full experience
This controller feels great just like an arcade. It's a huge improvement to the experience over a standard console controller for shumps and fighting games. The paddle seemed to work out of the box with my default retroarch config but I had to F1 into retroarch settings to adjust the mouse input to get the trackball to work.
