to be clear, the fightbox itself is perfect. feels great, performs great, it arrived quickly after ordering, it looks really nice, no marks or defects, etc. if one of their products interest you then you absolutely should purchase it, it is stellar quality for a great price.
the reason i took one star off is i only wish there was instructions that came with the stick regarding how to change the actuator as it comes with 2 sizes, and where/how to get the web tool to reprogram buttons. even a first start up or troubleshoot guide, or even a link in the order email to a link that has this information. these are maybe easy to find or do for enthusiasts, but as someone relatively new to owning sticks i feel a little lost surrounding this information as ive only ever used other people’s prior to this.
all that being said, im likely to buy more in the future and recommend this vendor to my friends as the product itself is perfect!
