Assembly is a pain

I ordered this stick with the DIY panel, and the push nails(?) are very difficult to work with. I ended up bruising the skin under my nails on both thumbs trying to put them back after removing them.
Also, the picture for my model was incorrect. I ordered the UFB-UP5 model, and received a model with a UFB-Fusion, which has the same functionality, but looks different. I was shocked, and messaged customer support only to learn that they do the same thing, and are both made by brook, so latency also isn't an issue.
In summary, I wish this company used screws to fasten their products together, and i wish the picture in the store listing showed the actual PCB used, and not what they used to use.
