I was very excited to purchase the unit, I wanted a simple "All In One" solution for my gaming center and this looked too good to be true. Sadly, it was. While hooked to my PC using Retroarch, FX3 Pinball games or TeknoParrot everything worked perfectly.
But when I hooked it to my main gaming rig, (a Batocera Neo Ogami Plus box) it barely functioned at all. No spinner, no trackball, no pinball buttons. After I spent 30+ hours online trying to find the solution myself, I contacted FightBox support.
After days of back and forth, proving that the unit worked fine on the PC but not the Batocera box, it just became more nonsense than I was willing to put up with. I sent photos, created videos and still there was no fixing it on Batocera. (which is technically Emulation Station)
Finally after DAYS of emails, they were not willing to just refund me, I felt they were dragging it out to prevent me from getting a refund by pushing my support past the 30 day window. I decided to just put it up on eBay and sold it quickly. With the listing showing the entire saga I went through to try and fix it.
Sadly, while a well designed unit and a reasonable price. The support and foot dragging of the company leads me to the conclusion to not purchase anything from them again.

I love it and I works great. Two suggestions on how to make it better: 1- Add 2 small clickable buttons above the tracking ball and that could also be used as a "mouse". 2- Make it wireless.
I liked the GXG Deck but since I grew up when there was only concave buttons, I wanted the change the white player buttons to Red and the joystick ball to Red because that's all there was. I tried to change the side pinball buttons to concave but since the buttons are a different size underneath they weren't going to fit but at least they changed them to the red and white. That was traditional for pinballs that had two buttons on each side. It took many requests back and forth and support was happy to assist. In the end I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend the team at fightbox and will purchase from them again in the future. I would also like to thank GXG for a truly exceptional discount code. I also look forward to using the steering wheel on arcade driving games.
Great product and super fast and timely shipping. If I had to be super nitpicky, the only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that there wasn’t better instructions and a better manual in general. for example, I had to look up online on how to access the firmware app. In addition I was having issues struggling to get the spinner to work until I did an online search and found out that it’s related to how much power gets to the box all in all would buy again and recommend to others for a super simple easy to set up arcade experience.
